I have been in Miami for roughly 5 months and with my current job situation...I do not have a "routine" so...that makes it a little hard to get into one for exercising. I would like to run three days a week early in the day (I have to here or I might just pass out) and I would like to try out the Bikram yoga studio that happens to be about 300 yards from my front door. ( I know NO excuse right?)
I have also joined a tennis group that meets on Wednesdays at 7pm that I am hoping to stick with (I went last Wed. and we played for over 2 hours--it was a blast)
So now that I am babbling, let me know if I did this right. :)
